As-Builts drawings and consultation services were provided for the following projects. Each one required data collection and the creation of electronic floor plan drawings to reflect the actual measurements and configurations of the buildings for a variety of purposes including remodeling, renovation and determination of actual square footage for rental/leasing.

DePauw University

• • DePauw University Julian Science Center interior as-built for existing 2,648 s.f. to be renovated to office space
  • DePauw University Harrison Hall 3^rd floor as-built for existing 10,232 s.f. to be renovated to faculty offices
  • DePauw University (2) existing dorm houses 6,469 s.f. to be raised and relocated on DePauw property elsewhere
  • DePauw Student Union Building as-built 5,993 s.f. bookstore to be renovated to office space
  • DePauw Walden Inn Hotel/Restaurant as-built 4,770 s.f. to be renovated and update décor

Ivy Tech Community College

• • Avon Indiana location, was as-built 15,000 s.f. existing furniture store renovated to new school Classroom space
